Workshops & ceremony
A Private 1:1 or small group workshop to be with the imprint of your birth and to weave your own hand held medicine drum. We open in circle, honor the 4 directions, go on a drum journey and create a 16" frame drum.
A 4 hour ceremony to open up your heart and reset your nervous system. A space for men and women to gather together to feel the unity of community through connection exercises, ceremonial cacao, sound healing and conscious connected breathwork.
Featured course
A daylong course weaving womb wisdom, nervous-system regulation, ritual and self-touch practices to take home into daily life.
